Vintage Danish Modern Peter Hvidt Double Tambour Cabinet
Danish modern server cabinet, designed by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for Soborg. Double tambour doors slide smoothly to reveal adjustable shelves at the interior. Cabinet boasts exceptional craftsmanship, finished with nice details like carved handles, a beveled edge, and signature finger-joinery. Sturdy and well-built, supported by plinth base. Originally designed as a part of a modular storage system; we have other pieces in the collection available. In excellent condition, rich teak wood surface has been fully restored. Denmark, 1950s.
